CANCELLATION POLICY

At Shear Faith Salon & Spa, we value your time and the time of our service providers. To ensure we can best serve all of our guests, we ask that you kindly review and respect the following policy: • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour’s notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows (failure to arrive for an appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in restricted booking privileges. We understand that life happens and emergencies can arise. Open communication is always appreciated, and we will do our best to be fair whenever possible. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
